Palm to Pine was founded by Will and McKinley in 2021 and quickly became a favorite in the Jackson Hole event scene, serving the valley for the next four years. Inspired by their travels—and the kind of effortless connection that happens when the setting is just right—they set out to create those moments for others. Palm to Pine was born, and Will built its heart and soul: a beautifully crafted mobile bar trailer affectionately known as The Tappy Camper. They’ll always love life in the pines, but these days they’re back under the palms—bringing The Tappy Camper to California. Now available across the Bay Area, Napa, and Sonoma, The Tappy Camper can be hired by wineries, breweries, venues, caterers, and event teams looking to add a little more flair, fun, and guest magnetism to their next experience.

Who are we?
Hello! We’re Will and McKinley — parents to Ziggy, longtime travel partners, and the duo behind Palm to Pine. After nearly a decade of adventures together, we realized our favorite part of travel wasn’t just the places — it was the people, the stories, and the moments you only get when you slow down, gather around, and celebrate. Palm to Pine is our way of bringing that feeling home: from the palm trees of California to the pine-covered Tetons (and everywhere in between). We built The Tappy Camper to help people create those “this is the life” moments — whether it’s a wedding, a tasting, a private party, or a brand event. At the end of the day, our goal is simple: make it easy, make it fun, and make it a damn good time.
